#trending with Fefe Dobson…And Taylor Momsen!

Hey guys! Hope your week is off to a great start! So what did everyone think of our new episode of #trending this weekend? I’ll be honest, we were working till the very last minute to get it perfect so I’m really hoping you all enjoyed the show!

A lot of people have asked what it’s like to meet these celebrities in person and honestly, both Fefe Dobson and Taylor Momsen were super sweet and easy to interview.

We had a lot of fun chatting with Fefe on the set of her new video for “Can’t Breathe.” She had already been shooting for more than 12 hours when we arrived, but she was super friendly and chatty despite the long day (and the freezing warehouse that they were filming in!). We found out Fefe is actually very involved in her own styling and loves going shopping while on tour to find inspiration for new outfits. In fact, it was her idea to wear the black American Apparel top you see in the video.

As for the song, Fefe admitted “Can’t Breathe” was based on a relationship she had been through, especially the last two years with that ex. We tried getting more details out of her but she wouldn’t budge! LOL. When we asked if she was in love right now, she smiled and said “You’ll have to find out on the next album…”

As for Taylor, I was a little nervous to meet her at first, only because I had heard all these rumours about her being a “diva” or difficult to work with. But I quickly realized that they were just that: rumours! Taylor was coming off a long day of interviews but she took time to answer every single one of our questions and made sure we got what we wanted. Sure Taylor is a little quiet, and maybe her style isn’t for everyone but you can’t deny that she’s passionate about living her life to the fullest! And honestly, that’s what we came to admire most about her!
