TSC Episode 4: With Witches, Come Demons. Duh!

They’re hot, they’re young and they’re powerful. So…there has to be a catch, right? Bring on the demons! We get a hint of what went down the night Cassie and friends lost a parent, and why the older peeps are making sure they’re not practicing magic.

Remember that psycho killer that ran around the high school hallways with a knife in his hand? And then the kids whooped him good?

Turns out he had a point. His friend, Heather, was left in a catatonic state the night all their parents did a spell and half of them died. Cassie find out her mother may have been the one to put Heather in that state.

Like all good Samaritans, Cassie tries to right her mother’s wrong by making Heather normal again.

Sounds like a good plan, right? Wrong. Diana, ever the voice of reason, tells Cassie and her handy little helper/Diana’s boytoy Adam they don’t know enough about the magic their parents were doing that night, and it could be dangerous.

Cassie pulls rank and says she discovered her mother’s Book of Shadows. Up ’til now, Diana was the only kid on a block with one.

Since Diana told him no, Cassie turns to Faye for help in exchange for Faye getting to look at some of the spells in Cassie’s book. Didn’t you love Faye’s innocent sounding line “I always wondered why we weren’t better friends”.

Cassie undoes the spell her mother performed on Heather…only to unleash Demon-Heather! Dun Dun Dun……

Demon-Heather goes insane and tries to kill Cassie and Faye. However, the real Heather manages to surface and reveal to Cassie a few truths. Demons follow witches. Amelia didn’t want to do the spell the other witches were doing. One of the demons got inside Heather. Amelia kept the demon from hurting Heather by putting her in a coma…which Cassie just unleashed!

Talk about effing up!

In the end, while trying to kill them, Heather gets hit by a car and dies. But before she gets taken away in an ambulance, the demon manages to escape…and finds its way next door to Nick’s house….and inside Melissa’s body as she’s sleeping next to him!
