Twilight is Dakota’s B****

The chatter was TRUE: Dakota Fanning has been confirmed as a cast member for the Twilight sequel, New Moon. That girl is gonna blow everyone else outta the water, I tell you whut.

Dakota will play Jane, a “sinister” vampire (with an angelic exterior). You know she’s gonna have some fun with that role, especially given her history of good girl roles (mostly). The mobs on ONTD all seem to agree that she’s got more talent in her teeth than the rest of the cast combined (ha), so some wonder why she took this role - but wouldn’t most 15-year-olds kill to be in a Twilight flick? Come on now.

Oh yeah, and Dakota may also reunite with Twilight star Kristen Stewart in The Runaways, a biopic about the 70s all-girl band. Kristen’s already been cast as Joan Jett, and D’s apparently negotiating to play lead singer Cherie Currie. Nice.

  1. I personally think that she is to young to play Jane, however I think that she will make an interesting addition to the cast. I also want to see how they create/make the werewolves to look.

    I Can’t wait till New Moon comes out!

  2. I honestly don’t see what the big problem is?
    Dakota is a great actress, and she will do a good job playing Jane.
    Everyone who has a problem with this shouldn’t…it’s not like the character Jane is popular through out New Moon. We will only see her towards the end.

  3. Dakota is not a bad actress but one of the reasons that I like the Twilight cast so much is because it doesn’t have big stars in it. My worry is that they might alter the story to provide Dakota a bigger role, which would be very disappointing. Dakota is already very well known and I think that other people should be given a chance to shine.

  5. I think Dakota won’t ruin new moon, but she also won’t make it great. When she is in the spotlight with the release of a new movie, her charactor is a good girl. The fact that she now has to capture the image of, in bella’s eyes, an evil vampire i think will be hard for her. The reason i feel she won’t capture it well is because first of all she doesn’t look like she could. She looks too much like a child. Even with makeup and effort into making her look the role, i don’t think she will do a good job at it. I’m not saying shes a bad actress. i just don’t think she’d do a good job.

    she is a good acter but it doest even say anthing adout
    a littl girl,i think but i still love her.
