Usher has just released a preview of Twisted featuring Pharell, the latest single to come off of his upcoming album Looking 4 Myself. Looking 4 Myself will be Usher’s seventh studio effort and will be a testament to Usher’s life since 2010′s Raymond v. Raymond. Usher commented about the album explaining, “There’s an emotional side to it. Over the last three years of my life, it’s no secret I went through some heavy transitions and in that I really came out new. I came out feeling a sense of entitlement and a sense of ownership of all of that I went through to become better and in being able to survive it. So I was looking for something in the music.”

Though Twisted seems to be of the “club hit” variety that Usher is so famous for, his storytelling ability has always touched fans through albums like 8701 or Confessions. This can only mean that we can look forward to Looking 4 Myself which drops June 12.
