Ur-sher is on America’s Best Dance Crew this Sunday! Yeah! The five remaining crews will get a personal video message from Usher that will tell them which of his amazing dance styles they’ll have to incorporate into this weeks routine! Which crew do you want to see drop their pants and step out of their sneakers? I vote for Blueprint Cru. What? Those boys got boo-tay!

Oh ABDC, You Make Me Wanna put down my Papers, and get Caught Up in your show every Sunday on MuchMusic! You know U Got It Bad when U Don’t Have to Call your friends or My Boo to tell them ABDC is on, cuz they’re all watching! In my Confessions, I have to admit that I love ABDC, and for all the 8701 crews that didn’t make it, what a Burn!
