VFest Calgary: The Fratellis…Acoustic!

I was bummed that when we got to the festival site earlier today, we had JUST missed The Fratellis‘ set. In fact, as we pulled up to the media booth we could hear Flatliner being performed. Grrr.

So you can imagine my excitement when I heard that The Fratellis were performing an acoustic set for contest winners (and media darlings!) at 4:40pm in the Molson Canadian Rocks tent. I quickly secured a front row spot and waited for Jon and Barry Fratelli to take the stage.

The duo (sans Mince Fratelli) played a five-song set of the following tracks:


Baby Doll
Mabel
Look Out Sunshine
Flathead
Black ‘N Blue Eyes

Oh, and right after their set I caught up with a sun-stroked Barry Fratelli, who shared his summertime message with MuchMusic.com!
