Beyonce is ready to become a bona fide New Yorker and of course that means eating street meat. Fighting with a stranger over a cab. Running in heels. Shooting a perfume campaign? Okay, maybe if you’re Beyonce. The singer is set to launch her next scent, Pulse NYC, and used the famous city’s skyline as her backdrop.
