Jai Ho! It’s Slumdog Millionaire, Pussycat Dolls style. This is such a fun and colourful video with a chorus that will play in your head for days. When I first heard the song, it was A.R. Rahman’s original version in the movie, but when I saw the video for this edition, my eyes lit up as if Christmas came early this year. I suspect my strong appreciation for the song stems from my love of the movie and the emotions that come with the train scene, but I think it’s hard to deny that the song will put you in a good mood when you listen to it.

It was also interesting to see PCD submerged in the Indian culture, from the clothing to the dancing. They really took on the role of the song and did it very well. Check out the video for Jai Ho and see how you like it.
