Watch the Video: Pussycat Dolls ‘I Hate This Part’

Wowwy zowwy! Whether you love ‘em or you hate ‘em, you can’t deny that The Pussycat Dolls have a way of capturing your attention with every music video that they put out. Whether they’re sweaty and dancing or relaxed and walking on the beach, there’s just something about them. It’s sort of refreshing to see a slower paced video from these girls. The slow ballads might just be the only time you don’t get served a heavy dose of chest popping or an earful of girl envy problems.

I’m not gonna lie, I did raise an eyebrow at the random pinball machine and the wolf that stood perfectly still with its judging eyes in the background of some shots, but still it wasn’t enough for me not to like the video. I like the song itself mostly because I think everyone can understand that break-ups are tough, regardless of what role you’re playing in them. It’s a very honest song and I think that the video supported the emotions involved effectively without having the traditional attempts to act out a dramatic break-up in 3 minutes. (We all know how awkward and painful unsuccessful attempts can be!)
