Okay, hmmm...I lost A LOT of respect for certain individuals tonight.
You're right though, they all bring something else to this competition and have different traits that would make them fantastic at this job. However, from the beginning, Sean had my attention, more than the rest. Tonight he REALLY disappointed me, he was whiney and talked REALLY badly about certain people, which surprised me coming from him. Casey-Jo, Lord, every week she gets worse and worse. What she did tonight, was BAD, even if she wasn't doing this for a career you should never say things like that about people, especially in public and when they can still hear you. Nikki, did better than usual, kind of bland, but she's a great leader, that's for sure. Tim, did really well and for once he felt taken advantage of, so he responded. However, some of the things he said, like talking badly about Erik, really disappointed me. Now Erik, this is the first week he SERIOUSLY impressed me, I was stunned, well you know, until he called Sean a girl. Originally, I didn't think that any of these people could be a GREAT VJ, as said in my previous posts. I'm not sure now, what I think makes a great VJ is really hard to find in someone. Now, I truly believe that either Erik or Tim would be as great as they get in the field. Erik is fucking AWESOME infront of a camera and he can relate to musicians. However, Tim has the knowledge, the look and the people skills for this job. Anyhow, I think you're doing a 'fabulous' job as Sean would say. Haha, keep on rockin' Robin and good luck with the upcoming tour. All the power to yah, ciao and later days.

It wasn't that I thought Frank was a bad guy, despite the fact that he irked my chain; he just didn't represent the type of VJ that I wanted.

Thank you for finally giving Sean just a tad of the compliment he deserves, and he does deserve more. He is more then just 'The Gay Guy.' Now if only you can say that on air, and I'm satisfied. I was disappointed that you didn't defend him when he was making his speech. I also don't think that he was bitchy, yeah he talked, but that doesn't mean you’re bitchy or whiny. He is right, Erik is an asshole to him, even /I/ can see it and I'm not there watching their every move and everything. Jeez.

Nikki, she stepped her game up. Good for her, maybe my hometown girl will make it into the final, I'm still not sure though.

Casey-Jo, man, I wanted her to go just as much as I wanted Frank to go home this week, hence me saying that you guys should send more then one person packing, but did that happen? Noooooo of course not, though I do realize that you can't, but still... I really think she's letting her performance level slip each week.

Eww, puh-lease stop calling Tim 'Pretty boy, and 'Clearly all the girls think he's cute.' Do I no longer count as part of the female population!? Gah, it drives me insane when I hear comments like that, stop saying/ typing them, puh-lease, for my sanity. He DOES have a lot of potential, and I do think he might be able to make it, but I'm still rooting for Sean.

Erik, one word, slimy. No, scratch that, I've got a bunch of words. Eww, gross, disgusting, jerk, ass hole, annoying, arrogant, I could go on and on and on, but I'll spare you. The fact that you could even think he did well this week stuns me. He was, is, and forever will be terrible. He takes other peoples information, and then turns it into his own, and I am so sick of it. That doesn't mean I hate him, I just don't want him being the next MuchMusic VJ. And if he is... I am truly going to be very disappointed.

Regarding this weeks challenge. I have to admit, I attend more then my fair share of shows, and not like hip-hop stuff, rock shows emo, screamo, whatever the fuck you want to call them. And the black one was cool, but like they said, that's a RETAIL tee shirt, not a TOUR one. Jeez, come on, they should really have known better. I /always/ pick up the tour shirt, I want something to remember it by, and then sometimes I'll pick up one of the retail ones. I like the design of it, but like you said they, Casey-Jo, Sean, and Frank, made it /way/ too complicated. And they made a big mistake in not putting the tour dates on it. Yeah it's cliché, but that's what most people want they go to a show, something to remember that night by, I thought everyone knew that.

At the same time, Tim, Nikki, and Erik, made the wrong colour choice. Yeah, I want to get signatures, but I do /not/ want a WHITE tee shirt. Eww and yes I am speaking from personal preference, but still, white? It's too bright, you could go with brown, purple, anything but black, and sharpie’ll still show up.

Tim was right. Erik is stealing other people's ideas, like I said before, and it needs to stop. I am so sick of you guys seeing him as this great guy. Smell the coffee, or your beverage of choice. He's that little we kid we all knew when we little. The one that acts all sweet and angelic in front of adults, and is a total brat when the adults leave. You along with the rest of the 'Experts' and the other kids being the other wannabes.

Anyways, that's it, for the moment.

Truth be told, Im only posting a comment in here because I know you read them, or at least someone with the name 'Robin Black' Responds every once in a while.

Anyways, onto more pressing matters.

Some things I agree with you on, others I feel the need to question.

First off, I was wonderind how much footage you guys see? Do you see everything, or limited amounts?

Iv had a chat with Casey-Jo and Nikki, and they both seem to agree upon the fact that Erik is a very different person on camera and off. Tim made his whole blog in regards to Erik's antics, and I have not yet read Sean's. However, when all the other contestants are putting forth the same story about one, I think its a sign. I do not believe that this is out of fear that he may win, I know that these contestants are genuine (From a personal level).

Skipping ahead to Casey-Jo (Yes, I am a friend and a fan indeed). I do admit that she has slipped off track a bit since the haircut, but however not in the ways expected. When Casey-Jo got the haircut you specifically said that She needs to get past it, and she did. The Casey-Jo we saw on episode 7 was not lingering in the shadows, or sulking about her hair, she was confident, energetic, and on the ball, just not in the best of ways. Erik has been praised for attributes similar to these, why was it used against her?

However, Erik is not going to win, if we have the final say as it has been claimed. Hey may have given off a professional and prosperous air to the judges, however to the viewers he comes off as an ass.

I think once the other contestants realize this, they will be able to let Erik do his own thing, and shine on their own.

I will be looking forward to read your reply, please do not dissappoint me with "thank you for your input, it means alot to myself and the other judges'.

Erm, One more thing which I had forgotten to post in the last (and seeing as how we cannot edit our posts I will have to make this seperate). I understand the conflict with the retail/tour shirts and in a sense agree. However, why is there so much bashing of creativity? This is re-ocurring now, and I am slightly annoyed. In Episode 4 (ET Segment) it was said that a VJ should be creative, original, and do new things. This is why The other 2 groups did not do well, their product was something that we were so used to watching. and I agreed with this.

Then it took a 180 degree turn in episode 5, when Traci flat out insulted the females performance. They did something new and creative, and to be honest it reminded me of the kinds of stunts that the current VJ's are supposed to do for shows such as 'Top 10's'.

To top it off, I remember someone saying 'This is the kind of stuff that much would air'(in regards to the guys' product).

So I will go out on a limb and say that at times you are contradicting yourselves, and whoever did say the quote above, was rather wrong.

Wow, this week was pretty intense. Casey-jo went too far when she went up to Theory of a Deadman and told them Erik was a douche. I'm in junior high, and we don't even do stupid shit like that! But what pissed me off the most was when she said to Frank 'Try to get along with everyone.'. How could she say that when she's going around telling people, artists even, that Erik is a douche? I'm not rooting for Erik,I actually think Tim's going to win, but Erik did pretty good this week.

It has been an interesting soap opera er i mean show so far. I really do like the fact that you are not shy in calling a spade a spade but i am still waiting for it in regards to Eric. You have said in your previous blogs that you saw him for what he really was but yet this time around you defended and praised him. I am sure i am not the only one confused by this. Eric is a player and extremely two-faced from what I have seen so far. You didnt condone his actions regarding Larissa, stealing camera time away from her to look good, so why endorse his bulliness now when he tried to claim credit from Tim? If we (the viewers) are supposed to be the boss then as a direct order: lose that zero(Eric) and give us our hero(Tim)

Hm well I just want to say , thank you veryvery much for voting off [wow that sounds like Survivor *shudder*] Frank . Yes , I can imagine that he probably is a nice guy off camera and stuff , with his real friends or whoever , but personally [along with most of the country i'm sure] I would not want him as our new VJ .

Now Erik .. I hate him just as much as I did Frank and Larissa . Okay , not HATE , but dislike strongly . I would really not want him as Canada's new VJ . Now Tim . I agree , Tim is a pretty boy . But I do not want him to win just because of that [although his looks do help *wink*] . I think Tim is the one person who has the most musical knowledge , he has the most potential of all of them and would fit in the best at concerts he may have to go to . Donnie D signing in...hey, each week on the show, I can't wait for you 4 judges on-air comments. I wish you had more air time. 'Cause that's where we and especially the competitors learn the most. This is one of the first times where I like all four judges. (Don't get me started on the Canadian Idol judges!!) You know what I like, I believe each of you might be rooting for someone but you really want them all to kick ass each week. I can tell, sometimes you are as shocked at their behaviour AS I KNOW WE ARE!
This week, Casey Jo - I wanted to scream in embarassment {Nevertheless thank God Frank got voted off} but she certainly wasn't the only one - bitch, bitch, bitch instead of work, work, work! Not that they didn't do a good job..actually I thought they all did. It's their communication and verbal skills that need a transfusion!!! Is it the claustrophobic process? Immaturity? Or is it simply that they don't watch their own behaviour played back on tape? This I don't know (maybe they do watch the show).
I say this about Casey Jo but I think she'd make a kick ass VJ if she gets her focus back.
I did not think that Eric did a great job. He was ok. Remember, he got PICKED by Nikki for the 2nd part winner of her team. THat was odd when certainly Tim was superb and focused. As was Nikki herself..she's really come out of the closet in terms of nice. I mean, even when Tim finally stood up for himself, on the hot seat to be judged, she got defensive, are u saying I didn't hold up my own? blah blah blah. Lord, Eric is a master at this game..make the underlindings do the work, argue and take all the credit and win the prize. Ok, yeah, I know in the real world that often works as well but with viewers the camera doesn't lie!!! My friends would say Eric is gorgeous as Traci does, but it gets tired very fast - got to have more folks than just a pretty face. So moving beyond that, as the top 5 all look great on camera, what about their on camera skills? Well, I think Eric would do well with a telepromter. He has great energy and a desire to please which interviewees love. Sean, well I'm gay too and I've been doing a weekly tv segment since Sept and it's even Queer focussed but I don't know if I ever talked about being gay myself 'cause I'm so tired of it. I've had more than 40 gay guests and we talk about THEIR talent. People say it's great 'cause I don't focus on me. I'd say, Sean, step up the game...you can do it. Don't get side-tracked by labels or yourself. Focus on the job at hand. The job is best vj not most fabulous contestant. (If that later was the case, surely you'd win).
I do think you have a great top 5 now. If Eric doesn't screw up (by trying to screw someone, anyone, all of the following..ie. MOLLY, her assistant, groupies, etc etc) in LA, your judges comments should have raised the game with the other 4 contestants to truly make picking the one voted off next week more difficult then it really has been so far!

I just wanted to say that I love how you never hold back on speaking your mind, and I must admit I have a bit of a crush on you for that.

I am truly relieved that you got rid of Frank. He was a person who couldn't handle that environment from the beginning, and I'm glad you did what you knew you had to.

I am rooting for nearly everyone save for one person: Erik. Even if he posessed the skills to be a remarkable VJ, he has an uncouth personality. He's obviously arrogant, but he's also very much sexist. All throughout the show I have tried to like him, but his autographing of women's breasts and inviting them up to his hotel room when he was on the job is highly unprofessional and just downright base. Why did no one point this out?

I would like it if anyone else would win. Even Casey-Jo, which would be a surprise; but Erik I just cannot tolerate, and I can completely understand why everyone is complaining. Please take this into account and call on Erik for his actions.

I really respect your honesty on the show. I'm cheering for Tim, but I think you should be a lot harder on his nice-ness. He deserves that job more than anyone else. Actually Robin i don't like the fact that you guys cut Frank. I was really shocked that you didn't cut Casey-Jo, did you not see what she said to Theory Of A Deadman about Erik? I find it really interesting that you think that because they keep talkin about Erik that it's because they are scared, you may be right, he knows how to play the game well, the judges seem to think so, but I mean I'm not on the show and I can TOTALLY see what everyone else is, so I don't think it is just intimidation from a good competitor, he drives me just as nuts and I have nothin to gain. I just wanted to let ya know that you are by far my favourite person on the expert panel. You are never afraid to tell it like it is and I respect that. It's good to know that there is someone who is willing to give sh*t to those who deserve it. Anyway...

In the beginning, I was really rooting for Casey-Jo, but after pulling such an immature stunt, I kinda wish she was booted off! I was also surprised to find that Erik impressed me. When he was doing his interview, he acted very professional. I, just like many others, am glad that Frank is gone. He always seemed to be fighting with someone!And drinking on the job TWICE! C'mon! He had to go. I think that along with Erik, Tim, Nikki, and Sean also did well this week. I have to say though, Erik's comment about Sean being a girl really got under my skin. None of the finalists are in the position to judge one another and taking a stab at Sean was pretty low. Well that's all for now! Keep doing what you're doing and maybe we will end up with a decent VJ!

Reflections on the Show

Today (March 15) is my birthday, I had the day off, and I watched the MuchMusic VJ search marathon. I must mention that I went out for dinner tonight so that nobody thinks I'm a total couch potato. But, eh its my birthday I deserve to be lazy.

Watching the shows over again I picked out some things from previous episodes that you don't catch when you first watch them.

Its a little late for me to comment on this but I've never got why the bottom 3 have to make a plea when the judges have already deliberated and made a choice. I guess its to add more tension in the house because they are made to single someone else out who should be in their place. I'd rather see more of the judges deliberation than the lame pleas.

Sean has done well in the challenges but he's a little more emotionally driven than I'd noticed before. He does spaz a lot. I like it when Sean spazes and still has a sense of humour about him. Like, he said he wanted to plummet to his death, that was funny. But when he goes quiet and sulks you know he's really tired or pissy.

I have to say something about Erik. He is playing it more like a game than a challenge. What I mean is he loves to give himself credit he doesn't deserve. Numerous people have called him when he is taking credit for their ideas. I personally don't think thats cool. I really would like to think of this show as more of an intense and bizarre job interview than a contest or game. I honestly could see Erik as a VJ, but not after we viewers have seen so much of what hes like outside of the job. He has been too exposed and I can't say I have a lot of respect for him after all that I've seen. I completely understand why they ganged up on him. He has done well but his means are very questionable. Taking credit for someone elses ideas and putting useless shots and clips of himself in stories because in his words "its whats best for the group" thats sketchy.

Overall I'm happy with the top 5.

I just want to say I hope you don't have to kick sean off because he is one of my favourites. I don't exactly think erik and frank were/are doing the greatest. I think you made a good choice with frank but I really think if you get rid of erik everyone else will relax a bit. Man it must be hard to decide as a judge. Good job and keep it up!

Robin - I think it is great that you actually read all these comments and even answer some.
Please don't take this as an insult because it is meant in a positive way, but you are like the Simon Cowell of VJ Search. Only in the sense that you can sometimes be harsh but you usually tell the truth and your comments are usually correct.
However, as many have said, it is kind of surprising that you have been positive towards Erik.
Read Tim's blog where he states Erik did not even bring CD"s or an MP3 player.

There has been something bothering about the show for awhile now and I just needed to ask you about. It may be a little late in the series now but most of the challenges so far have been aimed at either group action, on camera performance, or something along those lines. Why hasnt there been a challenge directly related to their music knowledge?? I know that it is only a part of what makes a VJ but an extremely important part I feel.

Okay, I've got my notes so I can write, rather type, everything I want to type up.

Let's start off with MOD. Your right in calling them pussies, the VJ wannabes, I mean. They don't push back, ever, and that's something ALL of them can work. Now, I'm not saying that they should go and piss you all off, but come on, respond, defend yourself. Jeez, I've got loads of defensiveness that I could share with them.

Gah, I begged you earlier, in my first post to this blog, to puh-lease stop with the Tim's oh-so cute comments. Puh-lease stop... for my sanity.

I am glad though that you said that Sean was awesome, because he is, well at least in my opinion.

I'm glad that you said on air, so those people who don't check out your wicked blog know, that you’re a fan of MuchMusic. Plus, I don't think it should matter if you’re a former VJ or not, there are the artists, and fans that should also be represented on the 'Expert Panel.'

Your comment on the wet tee shirt contest added some humor to the show by the way.

The whole tongue thing that chick could do, was weird, in an awesome way though. Your comment though, that was even better, she looked really flustered hearing that.

Okay, now onto the VJ Search. First off, it IS the best show on TV.

Theory of a Deadman is nominated for Juno’s?!? And my ears actually did hurt after listening to that clip that was slid into the program. Gah, not a pleasant feeling at all.

Tim did come up with the idea for the angel by the way. And Erik's whole comment on Tim having a 'bit of a rocker edge.' What the fuck? The guys a DRUMMER. Full kit from what I've read too. That /was/ Tim's scene, not Erik’s in the least. Erik is the kind of guy I would imagine sitting at a Pussy Cat Doll, or whatever the flip their name is, show. Eww, gag me. That is revolting. But that is Erik's scene, at least from what I can tell.

Tim also drew and designed/designs his bands tee shirt(s). Come on, Erik's comment on Tim needing to know something hopefully on how to design tee shirts was totally uncalled for.

Also, Casey-Jo saying that her team was 'Team number one aka. team winner' just further fueled my opinion that she is just loosing it, and not in a good way, in a train wreck waiting to happen, and we're going to watch it all happen in slow motion kind of way.

'Is it possible to put the wings on the back too' that was Tim's comment, or something along the lines of that. Actually I think it was license plate, not back. Anyways, my point is Erik stole Tim's idea. That is not okay, not okay at all. Why didn't you say something about that? I really don't get it. I also really don't see what you see in Erik at all, I see a male version of Larissa, well kind of. Actually more along the lines of a male injected with way too many hormones, more then a girl, no offence to us girls but we tend to be more emotional then guys.

Casey-Jo saying that putting the skull on the apple would make it more 'hardcore.' Pfft, from what I've seen, Casey-Jo wouldn't no 'hardcore' the music or the style/clothing/everything if it came up and hit her from behind.

While we all wait patiently for your response to all the comments above, to pass the time I am going to throw another one at you. As viewers we have the extra priviledge of re-watching episodes to help us evaluate the VJ hopefuls. There may be things that we can pick up on the second or third time watching that you on the panel missed the first time. In doing so for the 49th time I have come to the conclusion that its high school all over again and I think its time that school is let out. It would be nice if the show took a turn at showing their good side rather than this constant pettiness and backstabbing that we are subjected to right now. If it is high school that they are missing then they should sign up for a semester to re-live it again, if not then let them show us what they are made of and why they should have the job as VJ. There is reality TV and then there is reality for the sake of entertainment. Let's get back to basics. It should also be about music as well as how you look on camera. Food for thought.

Oh, and one other thing. I've noticed that in previous blogs, people have been saying that they want the next VJ to like all kinds of music, and have knowledge on that. Would it be oh-so terrible if the next VJ had really intense knowledge of a couple of specific genres of music? Because I think if you were to look at Matte for example, he tends to focus more on the hip-hop, rap, stuff, and music similar to those areas. Anyways, just another thing that I've noticed.

I just watched the last episode AGAIN, and I can't hold back any longer. I know that everybody makes mistakes from time to time and I saw yours. First I must say that you are insightful and a very good "call it as I see it" judge so thats why I am a little confused to your defending Eric. In episode 3 you saw him for what he was and called him out on it yet this time you defended it. Did he bribe you? Is he blackmailing you? Personally I disagree with you this time around but maybe there is more to this story that we as an audience are unaware of.

I agree Frank was pretty cool on the audition part,but he started to drift in the VJ loft.I started to dislike him,The way he spoke to everyone and started a fight with Erik was certainly uncalled for,Although Erik did not have the right to get involved.Anyway..I probably agree that I'd go mad in that place.Having your challengers living in the same place as you is kind of weird,But hey!It's reality T.V. right?

It sucks that you can't get to know the VJ hopefulls because i really favour Casey-Jo >.>..<.<.She's starting to go mad too(i agree),But you can't really blame her i mean after the hair cut incident and all.Kind of sucks.

Okay I'll admit I had no fucking idea who Molly Sims, that's the chicks name right? Well I had no idea who she was before I saw the preview for this episode. So to repeat Canadians Rule question what the fuck does being an actress/model have to do with being a VJ? Yes, I am aware of the fact that it's not just music, but entertainment in general, but there hasn't been anything really that has tested these wannabes on music knowledge dam-it! Gah, why not make them sit down and write an essay on music? Or make them do a mini documentary on music? Or SOMETHING.

Phoenix, are you talking about whom they eliminate or everything that they say? The only that I think Robin has done/said wrong so far, was defending Erik, but that's because I think Erik is a pompous asshole, at least from what I've seen. And trust me that's being nice just calling him that.

Nikki, I have to disagree with you. I did feel bad for her on her haircut but that doesn't give her the right to act like a spoilt child. I am extremely finicky with my hair, and would be horrified/devastated if my hair turned out like that, but she could have done something about it. She could have asked them what they were doing before they started to cut her hair, and then she could have said, "Uhhh as nice of an offer as that is, I'm going to pass thanks," or something along those lines. Personally, I always make the choices when it comes to my cut and colour, and she could have done the same too.

Lastly, to Canadians Rule again. My challenge would involve the contestants, a circle pit, From First To Last, and an interview after the show. Pfft, let's see them handle a riled up crowd that goes fucking insane, not to mention the singer jumping into the crowd.

P.S. I am aware of the fact that I've brought FFTL into this in some form or another in two blogs, but they've got a kick ass live show, not to say that Robin Black doesn't, since you guys do. I'm just saying FFTL because it's a different crowd, generally speaking, then yours.

well quite the week....but really, i mean, erik may appear to have this grand potential, but he's just expecting the job to be handed to him....personally im rooting for tim, because he's not some ticking timebomb that attacks people...so what if erik's getting on his nerves? he's driving me mad!! just dont bounce tim off anytime soon, but dont boost erik's ego too hard. you may find nikki boring but she did a good job all the same. and frank did seem like a good guy, and i don't blame him for snapping, but it was a good idea to send him packing. kc-jo needs to calm down...i understand erik irritating the hell outta her...but they are all fighting like lunatics!!! shawn needs to relax as well and re-focus on the tasks ahead. please give tim more credit for keeping his cool out of all of them, he needs his ego boosted! but consider erik for the bottom three next time. if he really believes he has to work for this job, MAKE HIM WORK!! make him feel like his ass is actually on the line;)

DeadForLife your way cool not to mention intelligent. I do not see why they wouldn't have the two of us on as guest judges, it is a reality show after all and what is more real than viewers who follow the show and write in about it. My challenge would be to put them into two groups, have two Canadian artists(one up and comming and one established)and do it like the old game show Who Am I where the teams ask the concealed artist questions to try and figure out who they are or even do it like Name That Tune, either way works.

One other thing. Has anyone else noticed that when they are all standing waiting for names to be called in the elimination part, that Eric is the only one who stands there with his thumbs in his front pockets. Everyone else has their hands clasped in front of or behind them. Also watch Eric's facial expressions when he is called out on something or getting critisized from the judges. It kinda says it all right there. And finally, R O B I N, WHERE ARE YOU??????

OMG. This is sad. I have known since Friday who is off the air tonight. I wont spoil it for anyone but I think MuchMusic needs to take some steps to prevent this sort of thing from happening again before the end of the series. Not that I expected him to win or anything, just not voted off quite yet. There are better candidates for that I thought. Stay tuned peeps.

And I too noticed that when he was in the bottom three he did that. And he didn't even give Nathalie a good-bye hug, or say good-bye, at least from what we saw, either! He was the ONLY ONE that didn't. What does that say about his character?

ok, well after i saw the 8th episode, i was stunned. The judges are so horrible. And robin Black is the worst one of them. They are always making horrible decisions. i tought tim and casey-jo were the 2 best and they still kept eric over both of them. Firstly why do they want nikki? shes no good, shes annoying and shes tries to hard to be funny and she is definitly boring. And why are you guys keeping eric? all of Canada hates him we all know hes a fake and a wannabe and isnt in it for the music. We know it, the you know it, so stop bullshitting us and send him home already. i have given up hope on this show because it is full of crap

All of Canada was stunned by the decision made. As an educated guess I would have to say that it was done on purpose for ratings etc. and we do have the option of letting MuchMusic and the expert panel(i use that term loosely) know that theyneed to stick to their word when it was said that we get to decide who is the next VJ. That being said we need to get everyone we know to get with the program and vote Tim back on so that he can win this. All hope isnt lost yet, just a minor detour along the way.

I was completely devastated when you guys sent Tim home the other day, I thought that Eric should have gone, I am so tired of seeing his face, he is such an arrogant self-centered has-never-been and to top it all off he's a Poser!!!
At that rock concert he hosted he tried so hard to fit in but he stuck out like a sore thumb. Anywho since Tim is gone, my vote is for Nikki she has good stage presence, she gets in there and solves problems between people, she has the best attitude of anyone since Tim and she takes the job seriously, I feel like it's almost a joke for Sean and Eric. Nikki had the best interview by far. Molly Sims said she made it seem like a conversation which is what you are supposed to do.
Robin - what is your problem? I thought you were the best judge but when you asked Nikki why she talked about fashion in her interview you made yourself look dumb. What the hell would you talk about in a boutique, fishing??
Molly Sims selected the location so Nikki went with the theme. It would be idiotic to stand there amongst clothes and ask a lame question like who is your favorite band.
Niki dminated episode 8 and based on the bottom 3, she shud win the whole thing.
If MM lets a bunch of teeny boppers vote Tim back and let him win, it will be a stupid mistake because they will soon realize he don't have the chops for the job.

We live in a free country where everyone is entitled to their opinion and to voice it. Since you were able to voice your opinion, wrong as it may be, then if the "teenie boppers" vote Tim back on then thats their right to voice their opinion. Robin may have been blinded by Eric's ego but he was right in his comment about Nikki. The clothing boutique was the setting for the interview, not the focus of the interview. If you pay attention to other interviews you would realize this. They do ask other questios besides nusic when interviewing in a music enviroment. As far as you saying Tim was a wimp, put your money where your mouth is and see if you could do a better job. I really strongly disagree with Robin's assessment in this episode but I am not about to call him "dumb" just because his view doesnt agree with mine. This is not an easy process for either the judges or the contestants so cut them some slack already.

I agree with canadians rule. we should all vote tim back in this. there is still hope that muchmusic may have a good vj. i honestly dont know what the judges are up to, keeping eric is a huge mistake. i think they think it will bring viewers, but it just makes it worse. im sure the judges even realize the huge mistake they've made. i cant believe they give frank 3 chances and tim's first time in bottom 3 and he is off the show. i really hope he gets voted back in (which im sure he will) and then he will win this. all he has to do is get past one episode with the judges and then Canada will vote and im sure he will win. so please everyone vote for tim!!

Fucking hell. Am I invisible. How nice was it for Ryan, Redneckmofo, EllieBellie. I really don't think that was very nice to post about this weeks episode, in last weeks blog. What if some people had come to check it out, and then the episode got ruined for them?

Redneckmofo, first off I would change your screen name, being a redneck is nothing to be proud of. Secondly, do you even know what teenie boppers are? That's the term for people who only listen to a band because one band member is 'OMFGZHEISSOHAWT' that's a teenie bopper, by my definintion and loads of others.

Also I only want Tim because, One, he shouldn't have been kicked off before Erik. Two, I want another TV executive to see him, and decide that he's a nice enough guy and that he could use someone like that for their own channel. Maybe MTV?

I don't even want to read the sh*t about buddy who thought Robin was a girl, I'm PMS'N 2day! The guy would probably kill himself if I started on him about now:)
I already tore someone else 2 shreds for calling Robin a poser, and then looked at my post only to realize I Bitched at the wrong person and I couldn't edit it, which just pissed me off more! It's a Taurus thing, I assume, I go from 0-unload in a microsecond for no apparent reason. It didn't help that I was crazy tired:)

I realize Y Robin can't do the VJ thing, I was just hoping:)
