Watch 2002 footage of Big Sean rapping on MuchMusic

While in town on tour with Trey Songz, Big Sean spent some time hanging out with RapCity’s T-RexXx and even threw down some serious free styling skills, proving why the young MC is an integral part of Kanye West’s G.O.O.D. Music. We all knew that Canada had mad love for the homie Big Sean, but what we didn’t know was that the Dance Ass rapper was no stranger to 299 Queen St. West.

Back in 2002, 14 year old Big Sean was on a school trip to Toronto and got the chance to give the Much On Demand audience an early preview of an artist who would later find himself on the cover of Vibe Magazine. Check out the footage below, where the young Sean was already going by his rap persona Big Sean.
