Who would have ever thought that there would come a day when Lonely Boy would ignore blatant signs of flirtation from Serena Van Der Woodsen? Well, if Blair can find God then I guess anything is possible.

In this clip from next Monday’s brand new episode of Gossip Girl airing at 9 pm ET, Serena is excited about her coming out party as the new Gossip Girl. Dan is happy that his publisher wants a second book and that could possibly be why he’s missing his step-sister’s (let’s not forget that little fact) attempt to woo him once more. That, or he’s just too in love with Blair to notice.
