Watch Alicia Keys’ lyric video for Not Even The King

Alicia Keys is going back to basics with her latest song off Girl On Fire with the piano-ballad Not Even The King. Keys performed the song at this past weekend’s charity fundraiser Stand Up 2 Cancer, which also featured a performance from Taylor Swift.

Keys has been working hard to promote the November 27th album, performing Girl On Fire at last Thursday’s MTV VMAs (watch the show again here). On her official website, Keys is quoted as saying that with the new album, “I have arrived at a place in myself that I am comfortable being exactly who I am in this moment and sharing it with no reservations.”
