Tomorrow night RapCity receives its official launch and there’s no bigger way to do it than with Canada’s biggest hip-hop artist: Drake.

Host Tyrone “T-RexXx” Edwards stepped into the studio with Drizzy and producer Noah “40″ Shebib to discuss his next album, Take Care, as well as next month’s Grammy Awards. In fact, Tyrone managed to get it out of Drake just who he’ll be taking with him for the big event.

“I’m gonna bring my mom again,” Drake says, “that’s what she looks forward to: getting dressed up and going to the Grammys, you know. She talked about it today and she’s like ‘Well, I guess I’ll see you Grammy night!’”

Drake also says the focus on the night is to have some fun.

“Of course I’m gonna take my mom, I’m gonna bring my boys and we’ll go out to L.A. and have some fun,” he says. “If we win, we win, if not we’ll just come back and make some more music…

“It is the highest and most accomplished award I could receive in my mind, but if I don’t get it I don’t let it eat away at me. I just go make my music, that’s it.”
