We previously reported that after dropping out of high school ten years ago, Drake had finally graduated. The good people at Toronto’s Jarvis Collegiate Institute allowed Drake to say a few words at the ceremony and he spoke eloquently about following through. Drake explained to the crowd, “I had left a gaping hole in my story of following through.” Drake continued, “Sometimes it’s about ‘going’ there and not ‘getting’ there. Sometimes it’s the journey that teaches you about your destination. And sometimes, when you get there, you look back and you wish you could go there again, but it’s the experiences you went through are the reason you are where you are today.”
