Watch Eminem’s MTV VMA promo

The MTV Video Music Awards are just five days away and after getting promos from Nicki Minaj, Justin Bieber and Drake, we now have one from Eminem.

While it seems like the perfect time to play the clow, Em sticks to the serious tone of his latest disc, Recovery. Walking away from a car wreck, a battered Marshall Mathers limps past a line of youths fashioned in ’20s era garb. At the end of the line is a new version of himself and… well, it’s not exactly clear. I guess it’s open to interpretation.

Anyway, watch below.
