Watch Kristen Stewart and Garrett Hedlund in the trailer for On The Road

The much anticipated film adaptation of Jack Kerouac’s best selling coming of age novel On The Road now has a trailer with stars Kristen Stewart, Garrett Hedlund and Sam Riley front and centre. I was hoping to write a full review of the scenes from the trailer and how they compare to the novel, but I can’t seem to get past the shots of K Stew smiling. She smiles! She has teeth! Already I like this film. Annnnd I don’t have to witness a mutant vampire baby literally sucking the life out of her. That scene almost made me regret my giant bag of popcorn. Almost.

In addition to smiley Stewart, Hedlund and Riley, the impressive cast is rounded out by Tom Sturridge, Kirsten Dunst, Viggo Mortensen, Amy Adams, Steve Buscemi, Alice Braga, Elisabeth Moss, and Terrence Howard.
