Watch Solange’s video for Losing You

There are some cool siblings out there. Liam and Chris. Mary-Kate and Ashley. Ashlee and Jessica. Okay maybe not so much the last coupling (they had their fun), but I think the Queen Bey wins every time. The other Knowles sister, Solange, has released her video for Losing You and it looks like if Beyonce reigns supreme in R&B, then Solange kills it in Cool. Cool might not be a genre in music but Solange is just way too much of it for it to not be. Filmed in Cape Town, South Africa, Solange sings with a very colourful and beautiful landscape (and even more beautiful people). I know this probably wasn’t intentional, but it is funny to see a Queen Bey and Princess-like reference, as in one part of the video Solange is singing atop a stack of mattresses much like The Princess and the Pea story.
