50 Cent might not be at the top of his game making music in 2013, but it’s hard to argue against his knack for comedy. Last year Global Grind actually compiled a list of Curtis Jackson’s ten funniest moments, so there’s that. Yeah, Pimpin Curly is in there.
In honour of this week’s Academy Awards, 50 teamed up with Jimmy Kimmel to shoot a fake trailer for a fake movie he’s not really starring in called Zero Dark Fiddy. Get it? 50 plays himself, a rap superstar who learns the whereabouts of Osama bin Laden (Fred Armisen) and attempts to take him out with his deadly gunchuks.
One more thing: Don’t call him Fiddy. His name is 50.
