This past Monday night, the 2012 Polaris Music Prize went down at the Masonic Temple in Toronto. The prize, which celebrates the best in Canadian music, ended up going to Feist for her album, Metals. She took home $30,000 and bragging rights for having the best Canadian album of the past year.
But the night was full of memorable moments both on stage and back stage. The Wedge was there to capture them, speaking with nominees like Grimes, Yamantaka // Sonic Titan, Kathleen Edwards, and of course, the winner herself, Leslie Feist. Watch the good times unfold below.
