This is the fourth single off of Tyga’s second studio album, Careless World: Rise of the Last King and features the back up of Lil’ Wayne. The track was released on January 13th of this year and though it had only peaked on the Billboard Hot 100 at #52, perhaps with this video we’ll see a resurgence for the song. Faded is a classic rap video with highly saturated colours, beautiful girls, and sharp cuts. You also have to love the shrunken body special effects reminiscent of Ludacris’ video for Stand Up. The song also has a vibe that reminds us of the theme of A Nightmare on Elm Street, which is actually a huge compliment (we like it scary.)

Faded was directed by the super talented Colin Tilley who also directed other videos from Tyga such as When I’m Gone, I’m on It, and My Glory. If you wanna get even more excited about the twenty-three year old Tilley, he also has directed videos for Justin Bieber including Never Let You Go, U Smile, and the highly anticipated video for Boyfriend.
