Well, Sophie, I have to say that the big Yonge-Dundas Square opening ceremonies were fun. The place was packed - there must have been a thousand people there. Snow played…to a mixed audience reaction…but then Treble Charger rocked the…square…they’re always fun to watch. So all in all, for a free concert, it wasn’t bad at all.

As for the 1st Annual MOD/Team D Drum Battle, it’s shaping up to be a show for the ages. Matt and I will do battle behind a kit made of the finest resonant woods and appointed with cymbals shaped by the skilled hands of burly, mustachioed New Brunswegians.

If you, dear reader, are interested in either The Rock or The Roll, tune in to MOD on Thursday for the loudest, rockingest good time maybe ever (well, except for the MMVAs, of course). And I’m not just tootin’ our horn…it’ll be fun. Promise.

In other news, I’m countin’ down the seconds until the Poison/Vince Neil/Skid Row show tonight - it’s gonna rock. Who’s with me? Anyone? Hey…where you guys goin’? Hey wait up, guys… [TO BE CONTINUED...SOMETIME]
