The finale is this week on Much, Friday at 8pm ET, and TWO deaths are definitely guaranteed! You tell us who you think is gonna bite the dust in Mystic Falls? Here’s a who’s who of all the living and living dead peeps that could be a target.

Elena Gilbert (descendent of the Gilbert and Pierce families)
Get ready for the recap of the century – our star is recently orphaned; figured out boyfriend was a vamp. She: helped cover up the murder of Vickie Donovan; erased her brother’s memory; opened a tomb full of vampires. Elena’s been having a rough time with Bonnie after she sort of caused her grandmother’s death. Ms. Gilbert also grew closer with Damon after Stefan’s addiction. She found out birth mother was alive, married Alaric, and is a vampire. Elena, our star, is connected to everyone: Stefan’s girl, Jeremy’s adopted sister, John Gilbert and Isobel Saltzman’s secret daughter, Damon, Bonnie, Caroline’s friend, Matt’s ex.

Bonnie Bonnett (descendent of Emily Bennett)
Elena and Caroline’s best friend, and granddaughter of recently dead Sheila Bennett. She only recently found out about vampires after Damon discovered her powers, and forced her to open the tomb. Her grandmother died in the spell, and she’s been holding a grudge ever since. She was supposed to take away the magic from an ancient device her ancestor enchanted, but she lied to Elena and left it as is to avenge her grandmother.

Jeremy Gilbert (descendent of Jonathan Gilbert):
Elena’s brother, he was addicted to drugs and alcohol, and getting into fights with Tyler until Vickie died. Having his memories erased, he couldn’t shake the feeling something was wrong. When Alaric encouraged him to research his family history, he discovered his ancestors’ knack for writing about vampires, and befriended one himself, Anna. He was used as bait to free the trapped vampires of Mystic Falls, but survived. He’s recently discovered Elena has been lying to him and screwed with his memories, and that she’s not really his sister. He’s also started to bond with his Uncle John, who has his own agenda. Kidnapped by Isobel until she got the device from Damon.

Caroline Forbes (daughter of the town’s sheriff)
Elena’s friend and rival, she’s the daughter of the town sheriff. Originally another one of Damon’s chew toys along Vickie, she is now seeing Matt Donovan, while at the same time, trying to erase the memory of Elena from his mind. The poor girl’s been kidnapped, attacked, hurt, had her memory erased hundreds of times and was almost killed hundreds of times. Also won the position of Miss Mystic Falls, and found Matt’s sister’s dead body.

Matt Donovan
Elena’s ex and currently dating Caroline, he is Stefan’s only other friend besides Elena. He still has a strong relationship with Elena, but he’s moved on, and accepts Stefan. His mother’s been around the town and back twice. He’s dealt with her alcoholism, her making out with his best friend Tyler, and the death of his sister Vickie. Had his arm broken by Isobel to make Elena get a mystic device from Damon.

He's probably a werewolf.....
Tyler Lockwood (son of Mystic Falls Mayor Lockwood)
Matt’s friend and Jeremy’s rival, dated Vickie, but dumped her when his parents told him too. Is very aggressive, and is hinted at being a werewolf. Made out with Matt’s mom, but is trying to repair their friendship.

Main Character Vickie was killed too soon.....
Vickie Donovan
Sister of Elena’s ex Matt, she was dating both Tyler and Jeremy, while Damon used her as his own personal toy, playing with her neck and her memories. Addicted to drugs and alcohol, she was deemed not good enough for Tyler’s parents. Damon turned her into a vampire out of pure boredom. She then attacked both Elena and Jeremy (she always held a grudge for her breaking Matt’s heart) she was staked and killed. She was ruled a runaway until Caroline found her body buried in the woods months later.
