Will Noel Khan survive the Pretty Little Liars’ Halloween episode?

To make the bestest holiday even bester, Pretty Little Liars is returning for their second Halloween episode on Tuesday, October 23 at 8 pm ET on MUCH. In this clip from the special spooky episode, Noel Khan begins to choke and the only person that runs to his aid is the newly revealed evil Toby. Hm. Not really the person I’d bet on to keep me alive.
