Win tickets from Phoebe Dykstra to see Nickelback

When Nickelback bring their stadium tour to T.O. on April 22, you can bet that Phoebe Dykstra will be throwing her devil horns in the air and whipping her black hair back and forth. But Phoebe wants to get you in on the action, so today she’s giving away two tickets to see Nickelback in concert on April 22 at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto.
