Wugazi

This mixtape has been a year in the making and it was finally dropped  last week on July 13th no less. Wugazi: 13 Chambers is the love child of Fugazi samples and Wu-Tang lyrics. This mash-up album was carefully constructed by mc/producer Cecil Otter and musician/producer Swiss Andy. The Fugazi part is tweaked more than the Wu-Tang but that’s to be expected. It’s nice to hear producers paying homage to two artists and really highlighting their repertoire rather than cutting up and discarding parts of it. So what we’re saying is; it’s chopped but definitely not slopped. It’s a must-listen album and it’s ready for a free download here.
