WZRD “Brake” (MP3)

We finally have music from Kid Cudi’s new “rock” band, who now spell their name without vowels. A collaboration with Dot Da Genius, Cudi says he’s sworn off weed, but one listen to “Brake” and you’ll see why that just isn’t possible. Slow as molasses, WZRD get deep into psychedelic territory, riding some riffage that never really goes anywhere. Stoners will love it, your average Cudi fan will probably hate it.
