Yacht Club feat. Pink & Purple “Hot N Cold” (Video)

The Wedge is a huge fan of Toronto sophisti-pop duo Yacht Club. In just a matter of months, we’ve aired both of their excellent videos for “Flash” and “A Little Messed Up”, and featured both members – Ben Cook and Matt Delong – as guests.

Today Yacht Club released their third video for “Hot N Cold,” a B-side to the 12″ version of “Flash.” And if you’ve come to expect something from the guys, you’ll be a bit surprised as this one lets twin singers Pink & Purple take over vocal duties for what can be described as a serious Wendy & Lisa vibe. Expect to see this one on the show in the near future.

Yacht Club are throwing a record release party tonight in Toronto at Cinecycle with Jeff Barbara, No Breakup and (this writer’s favourite new T.O. band) Moon King.
