You Flip The Switch, I Come Undone

Imagine the most frighteningly cool gals of rock reincarnated in a young, fresh faced Brit who goes by the name of Tigs - a little bit of Siouxsie Sioux, PJ Harvey, Peaches, Karen O, Nikki Colk (Kaito), Katie Sketch (The Organ) all wrapped up into ONE person! Yeah, THAT good. And oh, she’s only 22! What had I accomplished at 22? Oh yeah, absolutely nothing.

Even though Tigs’ upcoming single is “Something New”, I’ve become hopelessly hooked on “Mind Invader” (you can check out both on her MySpace page). I dare you to have a listen and not fall instantly in love! I’m proud to say I’ve probably contributed almost 100 of the thousands of listens on MySpace already - I just can’t get enough of the song. I actually feel cooler for having heard it.

Now go cry because she doesn’t have any immediate plans to tour North America. This is the kind of gold that you NEED to hear in a rowdy setting. I expect big things.
