You Know It’s Hard Out Here For A Pimp

You know, for a minute there, I thought I was watching the MTV Music Video Awards, but it was actually the Oscars.

In the words of Jon Stewart: “For those of you keeping track at home, Martin Scorcese: Zero Oscars. Three 6 Mafia: One.”

Who knew Three 6 Mafia would score the award for best song from a movie? Who cares, cause it was awesome. And you know what? That song was important to Hustle & Flow. It was a defining moment in the movie and despite the so-so performance last night, I think it did deserve to win. Heh, heh – oh man. That was great.
