Young Galaxy “Phantoms (Original Take)” (MP3)

Part of the allure with Young Galaxy’s latest Shapeshifting album was that the band recorded some demos, which were then sent to Dan Lissvik, a producer best known for his work in Swedish Balearic duo Studio. The band were quite honest about how much Lissvik contributed to the music, and now we finally have evidence of that. As part of Shapeshifting‘s deluxe edition release, they’re releasing original takes of four tracks from the album. Check out “Phantoms” below and then compare it to Lissvik’s version here.
