Young Jeezy and Ne-Yo team up in Leave You Alone

Young Jeezy has released a West Side Story inspired music video for his collaboration with Ne-Yo and I likey. The storyline for Leave You Alone was interesting and well-acted, with Jeezy playing one half of a love story gone wrong when his girlfriend’s family disapproves of her relationship with the rapper.

Ne-Yo pops up throughout the song and video to perform the chorus with a black background, bringing a much needed softness to Jeezy’s hard style of rapping. The single is part of Jeezy’s 2011 album Thug Motivation 103: Hustlerz Ambition.
